Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI)
 | As a signatory to the PRI since 2013, we report annually to the PRI and have aligned our RI process with the Principles. We’re also a member of PRI initiatives including: the Global Policy Reference Group the Human Rights and Social Issues Reference Group In 2024, Suzanne Tavill was appointed Co-Chair of the Private Equity Advisory Committee (PEAC).

Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD)
 | As a formal supporter of the TCFD since 2019, we remain committed to reporting under this framework. Within our investment process, we have implemented due diligence processes designed around the TCFD framework and have embedded climate-related considerations in our monitoring and engagement processes. While the TCFD was formally disbanded in October 2023, we plan to continue to report in alignment with its recommendation. This approach also aligns with California’s SB 261 regulation, which requires large US businesses with annual revenues over $500M operating in California to bi-annually disclose climate-related financial risks and their mitigation strategies to the public. |
initiative Climat International
 | As a member of the iCI since 2021, we seek to share knowledge, experience, and best practices regarding climate change-related risks. We’re also part of the LP-GP Disclosure Workgroup and Private Credit Working Group, where we collaborate with fellow members, leveraging experience and knowledge to help address climate change-related financial risks. |
Institutional Investors Group on Climate change (IIGCC)
 | Since 2021, we’ve been a member of the IIGCC—a European membership body for investor collaboration on climate change. We also take part in the IIGCC’s Private Equity and Infrastructure Workgroups. |
IFRS Sustainability Alliance
 | As a member of the SASB Alliance (now IFRS Sustainability Alliance) since 2019, we use the SASB materiality framework to help identify potentially material RI risks and opportunities across our asset classes. We use the results of our analysis to engage with GPs both pre- and post-investment. |
Global Real Estate Benchmark (GRESB) | Having joined GRESB as a member in 2020, we apply its framework and incorporate relevant data and evaluation work by GRESB as a tool within our Infrastructure and Real Estate due diligence processes. |
ESG Data Convergence Initiative (EDCI)
 | In 2021, we became an investment manager signatory of the EDCI. The initiative seeks to address the need for standardized RI metrics and comparable reporting in private markets, which includes climate change-related metrics. ILPA Diversity in Action Initiative
 | In 2020, we became a founding signatory to ILPA's Diversity in Action Initiative, focused on motivating market participants to engage in efforts to broaden the workforce. As a signatory, we provided feedback on ILPA’s DDQ and diversity metrics template. |
Ownership Works
 | In 2022, we became a member of Ownership Works—a coalition of businesses, philanthropic organizations, financial institutions, labor supporters, and pension funds that acknowledge the potential of employee ownership to enhance the success of companies and provide all workers with financial opportunity. Our CEO, Scott Hart, holds a position on the Limited Partners Leadership Council. |
VentureESG
 | We’re a member of the Limited Partner Working Group at VentureESG, where we collaborate with other industry players to share our perspectives on best practice and RI expectations from the viewpoint of an LP. In 2024, Suzanne Tavill was one of three participants in VentureESG’s Deep Dive: Governance in the AI Craze webinar. |
Invest Europe
 | We’re a member of Invest Europe’s ESG Working Group and its Working Group on SFDR. We have also provided feedback on Invest Europe's RI reporting template. |
Pensions for Purpose | We’re an influencer member of Pensions for Purpose, which acts as a bridge between asset managers, pension funds and their professional advisers to encourage more capital to be allocated to impact investment. As part of our role, we have delivered educational training on impact investing, providing guidance on the impact universe, embedding impact considerations across the investment process, and impact measurement and reporting. In 2024, we were pleased to host an in-person masterclass with Pensions for Purpose. |
